New Life for an Existing Building
For this redevelopment project in South River, New Jersey, an existing service station will be renovated to serve as the offices of a used car dealership. A new second story will be added for the dealership’s offices, and an additional garage bay will be added to the rear of the building.
As part of our scope of work, we designed the new parking layout for the irregularly shaped site. Two display parking areas for the used car inventory are positioned for visibility from the road. From the entry, cars can go either to the garage or to a rear employee parking area.
Project is currently in the approval process for the South River and Middlesex County Planning Boards.
Storefront Renovation
Our design for this corner storefront on Broadway in Bayonne, New Jersey proposed a makeover to give the liquor store a new more appealing image to prospective customers. The entrance will be relocated to the corner to help circulation into the store and allow for a more uniform window display. The new sign board and fascia band are more in keeping with the character of the building and follow the Bayonne Town Center Facade Guidelines.
